J. Crew is making a name for itself in the fashion industry—but this time it isn’t just for its designs. The top clothing brand ditched traditional models for its collection in New York Fashion Week Spring 2017 and instead cast family, friends, and employees of the team.

What stood out the most in the photos posted Sunday are the different sizes, heights, and races of the models—one was even pregnant. Ranging from the ages of 13 and 70, these models came from every background: teachers, grandparents, children, artists, and more.

J. Crew is already known for having a diverse cast but this decision took it to the next level. Women in this cast ranged from sizes 4-12, making it easy for consumers to relate.

Although this change may not work for every company, it works great for J. Crew, which features everyday clothing styles rather than only high fashion or business wear. Nice call, Jenna Lyons
