Jurassic World, one of the highest-grossing films of 2015, didn’t come without its fair share of criticism, but our first look at its sequel tackles some of that criticism with a wardrobe change.

Fans and critics alike called out the film for its choice of footwear and how it treated women. Although we can’t exactly parse how Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom will treat its female characters from a 15-second clip, viewers no longer have to suspend their disbelief any longer when it comes to Bryce Dallas Howard’s character: Claire Dearing is allowed to wear flat shoes.

And good thing too, as she, Chris Pratt’s Owen Grady and Justice Smith’s character come across a pack of dinosaurs who look a lot less friendly than the very cute baby velociraptor Pratt encountered in the footage released just before Thanksgiving.

The full Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom trailer drops during Thursday Night Football.
