Advertising executive Tiffany Bacon Scourby is the third woman to accuse actor Jeremy Piven of sexual assault.
On Thursday, Scourby told People that after meeting him at a club in 2003, Piven jumped on her in his hotel room, exposed his genitals, and began rubbing them against her body while holding her on the floor until he ejaculated.
In response to Scourby’s words, Piven told People, “Let me be absolutely clear, this simply did not happen. I would never force myself on a woman, ever. I cannot speak as to why a person would create a story like this.”
The actor, who most famously portrayed super-agent Ari Gold on Entourage, also posted a statement on his Instagram on Thursday in which he said the allegations against him are “absolutely false and completely fabricated.”
He also wrote he hopes “we can give people the benefit of a doubt before we rush to judgment” and “I hope we can use this moment to begin a constructive dialogue on these issues, which are real and need to be addressed.”

Actress Ariane Bellamar was the first to accuse Piven. In a Twitter post late last month, she wrote Piven had groped her on the Entourage set and at the Playboy Mansion.

A day after Piven denied Bellamar’s story, Longmire actress Cassidy Freeman wrote this in a since-deleted Instagram post:
“The backlash this woman received was horrendous. And whether or not her accusations are true, the TRUTH is I know you. I know what you did and attempted to do to me when I was far too young. THAT I know. And you know it too. Unless there were so many of us, that you can’t remember. Predatory behavior is a chronic way for you to seek power. Do you feel powerful? With your lawyers and your networks and your die hard man-fans who call your victims bimbos? Or do you know, in your rotten gut, that you will have to lie for the rest of your life? I hope from now on, you keep it in your pants and you never get to do it again.”
Piven is currently the lead actor on CBS’s Wisdom of the Crowd. When Bellamar’s allegations first came to light, the network said it was “looking into the matter.”
