On the same day 26 people were massacred at a Texas church and nearly two years after 14 people died in the San Bernardino shooting, shock rock star Marilyn Manson pointed a fake rifle at the crowd during a concert in San Bernardino, California on Sunday night.
During the song, “We Know Where You Fucking Live,” Manson sang into a microphone placed on the back of the fake gun. According to TMZ, he then began to spray the crowd with imaginary bullets.

But as the San Bernardino Sun noted, the stage prop didn’t seem to bother the concertgoers.
Wrote the paper: “Coming on the eve of a mass shooting at a church in Texas, Manson could have had a bit more tact, but it’s Manson. He has always aimed for the shock value or to be provocative and though some that were in the crowd thought it was ‘lame,’ the stunt didn’t seem to truly bother anyone else, especially with the handful of San Bernardino Sheriffs standing on either side of the stage.”
Manson has been in a wheelchair since September when a prop with two huge guns mounted on it crushed his leg during a show in New York.
