Take the music out of ‘Can’t Stop the Feeling’ and you’ll still dance, dance, dance

How is this song still infectious without the music?

Trolls anthem “Can’t Stop the Feeling” is one of those songs that invades your brain whether you like it or not. But what would the Justin Timberlake hit look like without all the feeling (and music) and just the dancing?

YouTuber Jono Howan decided to do a “practice exercise in the art of foley sound design,” according to the video’s description, and removed the music from the video, leaving only the sound of shoes squeaking, hands clapping, and dishes clinking. And then there’s Timberlake dancing in the middle of the street and flying by on a shopping cart at the grocery store.

It’s not the first time someone has removed the music from this video, which is perhaps a testament to just how important that buoyant beat is.
