So, it was only a matter of time before someone took to Twitter’s new video app Vine to pop the big question.

On Tuesday, Los Angeles resident Curt Buthman proposed to his girlfriend Marsha Collier. He did so during a Twitter chat about customer service (#custserv) that was founded by his girlfriend in 2009. Collier was in the middle of moderating the chat when she received Buthman’s proposal.

“I was trying to run the #custserv chat and then my mind totally froze,” Collier told the Huffington Post.

The couple has been overwhelmed with the response on Twitter, as a quick peek at both their profiles shows them still accepting congratulations from around the Web.
