Subway rider surprises rose seller and fellow passengers with heartwarming purchase

A heartwarming cellphone video that resurfaced on Reddit this week reminds us that not every subway ride is an armpit-smelling hellhole.

The video, which is trending on the site’s r/videos forum, shows a rare moment of kindness on the 6 train, as a young man buys all the roses from a subway rose-seller and asks her to hand them out to the other passengers.

While we don’t see the reactions from many other passengers, it clearly made that rose seller’s day.

Some days, life really does give you roses.
