Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson is headed back to Saturday Night Live to host the March 28 episode—his fourth time taking the job on. While he hasn’t appeared on the show since 2009, Johnson’s been working hard to keep his comedy skills sharpened. What better place to do that than Instagram?

You may not realize it, but Johnson is one of Instagram’s most prolific users, sharing videos and photos on practically a daily basis. While quite a bit of what he shares documents his daily workouts—which are insane and show exactly why he’s called The Rock—there’s also tons of comedy and fun to be found in his account.
