Is Facebook driving you a little insane?

At the very least, social media affects your brain in several significant ways. It can feel like a hard drug, reduce your multitasking ability, cause itchy delusions that fool our nervous systems, and rewire us to be almost twice as self-centered as we are offline.

Then again, according to this new video from AsapSCIENCE, social media can also lead to happier and healthier romantic relationships, so you can continue to be confused but hopelessly dependent if that’s what you’re into.
