A tale as old as time.

Angela Lansbury whisked audiences away with her memorable role as Mrs. Potts in Beauty in the Beast 25 years ago, and now she’s done it again with a surprise performance.

She dropped in on a special screening in New York City on Sunday. While Belle and the Beast were there too, Lansbury was the real star of the show. It’s a simple performance, but it still tugs at the heartstrings.

Of course she has to tell Chip to go to bed—we wouldn’t expect anything less from Mrs. Potts.
