A good measure of whether someone is worth befriending is whether or not they’ve seen Star Wars, so Microsoft loyalists are celebrating this morning following the news that Windows Phone‘s Siri competitor Cortana is a bigger geek than the Apple personal assistant.

After Reddit user _momspaghetti_ reminded everyone that Siri had never seen Star Wars, another user, QBNassassins, posed the same question to Cortana. Say what you will about Microsoft, but there seem to be more nerds in Redmond than in Cupertino. This is how Cortana responded.

It’s worth noting, however, that even though Siri has never seen Star Wars, she still knows the movies’ plot and makes several jokes about the series.
