Remember Jeremy Meeks, the Fine Felon whose smoldering mugshot went viral earlier this year? Of course you do, how could you forget those piercing blue eyes and shaved skull and those cheekbones that could cut through cinderblock? Wait, now I’m distracted. Anyway.
There’s a new Sexy Mugshot Guy (™) in town, 29-year-old Sean Kory, who was arrested on Halloween for allegedly assaulting a partygoer dressed as a Fox News reporter. He’s liberal and he has the come-hither pout of a young Channing Tatum. What more could a girl want? You know, besides the whole horrible assaulting people thing.
According to the San Jose Mercury News, last Friday Kory allegedly screamed “I hate Fox News” at a Halloween parade attendee before grabbing the victim’s microphone prop and “making an obscene gesture” with it. He supposedly then attacked the man with an aluminum tennis racket before the victim managed to escape and call the police. (The faux Fox News reporter wasn’t injured in the attack.)
Kory was arrested and booked at the Santa Cruz county jail, but not before becoming the Internet’s new bae:

Kory’s mugshot likely drew admirers due to its resemblance to that of Meeks, whose booking photo went viral (and reportedly landed him a Hollywood agent) last June. Meeks is now under federal custody and is being charged with one count of felony firearm possession. He’s facing a prison term of up to 10 years and a fine of $250,000.
According to a Twitter account associated with Sean Kory (he hasn’t tweeted since 2011, when he posted that he “fell to the social networks even though my lawyer said it wasn’t a good idea”), Kory lives in Santa Cruz and smokes a lot of weed. A Sean Sloan Kory, who strongly resembles the Kory in question, was also arrested in Florida in 2008 for possession of cannabis with intent to sell. Hold on to this one for dear life, ladies. He’s quite a keeper.
