On June 18, redditor kevonicus submitted a post to r/funny about how he invites all his friends to sign a wall in his home. Here’s the joke—see if you can guess it—he has no friends, because he’s on Reddit all the time.

One by one, redditors stopped by and offered their own unique brand of friendly greetings (read the whole thread here). Distance may have separated kevonicus from his growing circle of new friends, but, after three years, his wall project finally came to fruition.

Ultimately, kevonicus’ wall filled up. Less than 10 hours after his initial post—and kg22’s first scrawl—the wall went from a blank slate to a bar restroom, filled with anti-Semitic propaganda images, penises, phallic buses, poop, and Spider-Man.

“You sure do know how to Internet,” kevonicus replied, expressing happiness at not only his new friends, but also the fact that he could still keep his security deposit.
