Miley Cyrus is highly engaged with her fans, and she’s crossed over to life advice.
A trend on TikTok appears to be leading with “If Miley comments,” followed by a vow to do something: Get a piercing, do their homework, legally change their name to Hannah Montana. And Cyrus has been responding.
One woman said she would dye her hair a color of Cyrus’ choosing if she commented, to which the singer responded, “SHAVE IT.” Another person said they’d get a mullet or shave their head. Cyrus responded with “Mullet time, mullet time!”
Cyrus has been doing a lot of commenting recently: She reportedly asked a woman out on a date in a TikTok comment, and responded to a video captioned “if miley cyrus comments we will get married,” writing, “Hope it goes better for you two than it did for me. Congrats.”
When questioned about why she’s on TikTok so much, Cyrus allegedly responded: “Quarantine.”
