Instagram That Shit

Addicted to Instagram? This might help.

In YouTube Right Now, the Daily Dot looks at videos that catch our eyes, push our buttons, and move our dials—and that you’ve just got to watch. Right now!

Imagine if instead of The Mask, Jim Carrey was transformed by and addicted to Instagram.

That’s the impression one gets from watching “Instagram that Shit,” a two-minute video of seemingly psychotic outbursts where the protagonist shoots countless photos of random objects with Instagram’s vintage filters.

The spoof, which was released on Tuesday, was created by TVMaxwell, a comedic duo that’s released several sketch-style videos. For some unknown reason, this one ends with the obsessive IGer (as such users are frequently called) having the ability to turn random things instantly into flames with the app.

Stranger things have happened—like Facebook’s $1 billion acquisition of the photo-sharing community.
