Netflix‘s new dystopian thriller series, 3%, has a similar premise to YouTube’s original movie The Thinning—but it looks a lot more interesting.

Debuting on Nov. 25, 3% is set in a future where people compete to be granted a better life in a location known as Offshore, but only 3 percent of applicants are accepted. Directed by City of God cinematographer César Charlone, it’s Netflix’s first Brazilian show.

The first full-length trailer hints at a tense atmosphere for 3%‘s dystopian setting, making it a potential follow-up for everyone who already binge-watched all of Black Mirror.
