DJ Mada combined the poppy ballad with French electronica “Midnight City” from M83, and shared “Midnight City Diamonds” on SoundCloud. The combination elevates Rihanna’s pop and adds some spice to “Midnight City,” which has been called the best song of 2011.
Looks like this mashup is headed up the charts, with a thousand Facebook likes and 21,600 plays already.
