Comedian Louis C.K.’s huge AMA (Ask Me Anything) on Monday didn’t just help him sell his latest show.

According to a screengrab of data released today from Reddit’s official Twitter account, C.K.’s few hours answering redditors’ questions garnered 662,700 unique pageviews.

That’s the most unique pageviews for an AMA since May, according to information provided to the Daily Dot from Reddit staff.

Readers spent an average of five minutes and nine seconds on the page. By comparison, the average amount of time spent on a Reddit page around that time is one minute and nineteen seconds.

An interesting side note, however: C.K. did not, in fact rank the highest when it came to total —as opposed to unique— pageviews. Actually, his AMA ranked a mere fourth in pageviews, following redditor favorite Discovery Channel survivor/meme Bear Grylls; a Nickelodeon storyboard artist; and and a bored actor making whatever faces Redditors asked of him.

This means far fewer people were refreshing the page with C.K. than with the other three, but more people, overall, saw his page.

As impressive as those numbers are, Reddit is still an enormous site, and C.K’s question-and-answer session only made up .37% of its pagesviews over the past four days.

Still, not many redditors can say their actions on the site inspired recap from Taiwan’s Next Media Animation, as C.K.’s did (NSFW).
