Apple drops Jason Momoa trailer ahead of Apple TV+ launch

Apple finally revealed the launch date and subscription price for its new streaming platform, Apple TV+, as well as release dates for upcoming titles.

Apple TV+ will debut on Nov. 1 and cost $4.99 a month, which will give subscribers access to already announced series like The Morning Show, starring Reese Witherspoon and Jennifer Aniston; Dickinson, starring Hailee Steinfeld as a modern Emily Dickinson; and space drama For All Mankind. Apple also debuted a trailer for See, a Jason Momoa-Alfre Woodard survival-thriller set 600 years in the future, where a virus has left the population blind.

In addition, documentary The Elephant Queen; Oprah Winfrey’s anticipated series; and kids’ titles Snoopy in Space, Helpsters, and Ghostwriter will debut Nov. 1, with previously announced titles like Kumail Nanjiani and Emily V. Gordon’s Little America and M. Night Shyamalan’s Servant being added in the months to come. A Taiki Waititi series adaptation of Time Bandits and Charlie Day-Rob McElhenney comedy have also been announced.
