Fred Durst, you so silly.

Limp Bizkit frontman Fred Durst tweeted four simple words accompanied by an Instagram link yesterday, directly referencing his being mistaken for real estate mogul (and alleged killer) Robert Durst.

(Sorry, this embed was not found.)

Upon clicking the link, Durst’s Twitter followers are treated to an Instagram picture of the man who once sang “Don’t make me have to call a sniper and wipe your brains off my windshield wiper, you dirty bug,” standing before them, clad in a custom hoodie that reads “NOT ROBERT.”

This might seem like a cheap grab for attention, but Limp Bizkit is still touring the world, currently wrapping up tour dates in Mexico before heading overseas to Europe and Russia.

It’s a fun little stunt, as the band is still relevant to plenty.
