If there’s one thing Drake has proven over the course of his staggeringly successful career, it’s that he’s incapable of doing anything without creating a spectacle. His diss tracks end careers; his dance moves inspire the spiciest memes; his Instagram thirst-traps send millions of fans spiraling into unquenchable fits of lust. Any way you slice it, dude has an unparalleled flair for the dramatic.
So it makes sense that after meeting Sade back in March, the “Passionfruit” star immortalized the encounter by getting a tattoo of the acclaimed British singer, illustrated by Niki Norberg. Now it seems he’s added another Sade portrait to his collection, enlisting the services of Belgian tattoo artist Inal Bersekov.
As if the rapper’s infatuation weren’t already clear, last month OVO Sound Radio debuted More Love, a collection of Drake/Sade mashups by Vacation, aka Brooklyn DJ/producer John McSwain.
