Aaron Paul has announced the birth of his first child, a daughter.
The star of BoJack Horseman and The Path posted a photo to Instagram late Thursday night, with the caption “My heart.” His wife, Lauren Paul, also posted a photo of the newborn, with the caption “There are no words that will ever be able to explain what just happened to my heart.”

On Jimmy Kimmel Live last month, Paul revealed that their doula gave him some sound advice for the delivery: Most importantly, don’t ever say “relax” or “breathe.” The pregnancy was announced in September, also via Instagram.
