Lady Gaga tells people to be ‘kind’ to each other amid coronavirus

Lady Gaga told her followers on Instagram that the world needs “kindness” amid the coronavirus outbreak.

The singer, who has decided to self-isolate herself with her dogs, said the coronavirus is reminding people what it’s like to “be human.”

“We can’t do this without kindness,” she wrote on Instagram. “We can create healing by learning how to be kind and take care of each other and ourselves during this time.”

In a separate Instagram post, Lady Gaga also wrote that she’s made the decision to not see her parents and grandparents during the coronavirus. The concern among doctors and scientists is that young people carrying the virus will infect older people with lower immune systems.

“It’s not the easiest for everyone right now but the kindest/healthiest thing we can do is self-quarantine and not hang out with people over 65 and in large groups,” Lady Gaga wrote. “I wish I could see my parents and grandmas right now but it’s much safer to not so I don’t get them sick in case I have it.”

She’s one of many celebrities employing people to take the coronavirus seriously, self-isolate, and think of others.
