Last year, awesome dad Devon Fowler made it to SportsCenter with a video of his son Braheim unwrapping a baseball bat. Braheim thought his father had forgotten about his birthday, so he burst into tears at the surprise. “Don’t cry,” Devon told him. “I wanna see some home runs. I love you.”

Well, fast forward nearly a year, and that’s exactly what dad got to see. Luckily, he was filming again. Devon was taking video from beyond the outfield as Braheim stepped to the plate with that same green bat. He took one strike, then hit the second pitch hard, directly at his old man. Devon, cheering and still filming, snagged the home run ball without dropping the camera. And now they’re on ESPN again, this time on the website.

You’re the real MVP, dad!
