By now you may have seen the absurd food diary of Amanda Chantal Bacon. In an Elle article from May 2015, the ironically named Moon Juice inventor—and owner of an L.A.-based juice bar chain by the same name—details her daily eating and juicing habits, which include a slew of ingredients you’ve definitely never heard of.

From activated cashews to silver needle tea, the ingredients are so specific that many Facebook users shared the article, asking, “This has to be a joke… right?” One reader, Jarrett Sleeper, became “obsessed” with Bacon and her diet and posted a video “to exorcise it.”

The result: a hilarious must-watch. From Sleeper’s refrain of “I’m Amanda Chantal Bacon,” to his moody yoga moves, to his casual nod at the walloping cost of all these “staple” ingredients, he truly channels the essence of a Moon Juice inventor.

Meet you after yoga at Moon Juice? Namaste right here, and have another coffee.
