Searches for alien porn are skyrocketing on Pornhub

More than 1.6 million people have signed up to attend the viral “Storm Area 51” Facebook event, but thousands have already started searching for the extraterrestrials–on Pornhub, that is.

Alien-related searches have spiked since news about the event started circulating in early July, according to statistics the platform released on Wednesday.

In the last week, searches for “Area 51” jumped from zero to 160,000, including 60,000 on Tuesday alone. Not that the genre wasn’t popular before it became this summer’s hottest memes: An average of 30,000 people a day were already looking for kinky alien videos before July. The number of searches for “alien” jumped by roughly 200% on July 2, July 14, and July 15.

“Alien impregnation” beat out the other top searches–”alien sex” and “alien hentai”–implying that some of those attendees may be heading to Area 51 with an agenda. Young millennials and Generation Zers proved the horniest generation for E.T., because 18- to 24-year-olds are 67% more likely than other generations to conduct alien-related searches.

Women visitors got off to alien porn more than 30% more than men, so I guess you could say their standards are out of this world. Folks from Alaska thirst after aliens the most, with West Virginians and South Dakotans not too far behind.
