Apple has released an update for iOS 8, after a multitude of issues plagued users who updated to the newest edition of iOS last week, but you shouldn’t download it. Users across the Web are reporting issues with cell service, and we’ve seen that it causes Touch ID to stop working and that it is keeping numerous users from being able to connect to wireless networks.

Many users on iPhone 4S, iPhone 5, and iPhone 5S are reporting no issues, according to 9to5Mac—the majority of complaints are from iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus uers—but there is no guarantee there aren’t issues with those devices as well. A number of bugs were present in the new iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus as well, of which Apple sold 10 million units over the weekend, and this update has just added to the pile.

Apple says iOS 8.0.1 will fix problems surrounding third-party keyboards, Reachability on the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus, and will allow HealthKit apps in the App Store, among other issues.

This release contains improvements and bug fixes, including:

• Fixes a bug so HealthKit apps can now be made available on the App Store

• Addresses an issue where 3rd party keyboards could become deselected when a user enters their passcode

• Fixes an issue that prevented some apps from accessing photos from the Photo Library

• Improves the reliability of the Reachability feature on iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus

• Fixes an issue that could cause unexpected cellular data usage when receiving SMS/MMS messages

• Better support of Ask To Buy for Family Sharing for In-App Purchases

• Fixes an issue where ringtones were sometimes not restored from iCloud backups

• Fixes a bug that prevented uploading photos and videos from Safari

If you’re brave (more like impatient) and can’t wait despite the Internet’s warnings, you can download the update by going to Settings > General > Software Update on your iOS device. No, it won’t stop your iPhone 6 from bending.

Update 12:57pm CT, Sept. 24: Apple has pulled the update from its servers. It is no longer possible to download iOS 8.0.1.

Update 1:37pm CT, Sept. 24: an Apple spokesperson tells us “We have received reports of an issue with the iOS 8.0.1 update. We are actively investigating these reports and will provide information as quickly as we can. In the meantime we have pulled back the iOS 8.0.1 update.”
