Some fans are still recovering from Zack Snyder’s polarizing and critically panned Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, but as Screen Junkies point it out in its latest Honest Trailers, he’s made this movie before.

Watchmen is even more beloved than The Dark Knight Returns for many comic book fans, but its movie adaptation suffers from many of the same problems that would eventually plague Batman v Superman—but one of them is overstuffed while the other is stretched so thin the plot doesn’t even make sense.

Watchmen is full of ruddy acting and on-the-nose dialogue, Jesus allegories, graphic violence, the apocalypse, and the Ultimate Cut even has two characters bonding over the same name. Really. But only one of them has blue, glowing male nudity.
