The latest installment of YouTube show DIY Prop Shop tackles one of the most beloved video game objects: the weighted companion cube from Portal! The idea behind DIY Prop Shop is to show viewers how to make their own great props for no more than $50, which means this cube, complete with pink hearts, can be yours without having to spend too much on its construction.

All of the materials and measurements you’ll need for the project are listed in the video’s description. Host Vinny Logozio uses foam to create the cube and explains each step in the video while offering some helpful tips along the way.

If you follow the steps, the end result will be a companion cube fitting for any home or test chamber. Plus, if you don’t want to stay true to the game, it seems like it’d be pretty easy to customize the cube however you want or even try making a weighted storage cube instead. The possibilities are endless—though Portal fans who grew as attached to the companion cube will probably want to stick to the original design.
