Game studios tend to come and go, game to game and era to era. Few continue to innovate after 30 years.

But most aren’t the iconic Naughty Dog.

Sony is commemorating the studio’s 30th anniversary with a full-length documentary-style video that will premiere next month at Gallery Nucleus.

Naughty Dog is known for such medium bending games like Jak and Daxter and The Last of Us. The studio has an amazing pedigree with tremendous talent, and it pushes the level of quality to greater heights with every new project.

The trailer for the video notes some of the struggles the company encountered during development of its biggest and most taxing games. It provides an inside and intimate look at developing for a studio with an incredibly high bar.

Naughty Dog plans to release the full video on the Internet sometime next month.
