If you and your friends are ready to destroy the competition in Halo 5: Guardians multiplayer, it’s time to rally up.

Microsoft on Monday unveiled Spartan Companies, a new social network for Halo 5: Guardians hosted on the Halo Waypoint platform. Each Spartan Company can hold up to 100 players, who then will have access to private message forums and the ability to track each other’s multiplayer statistics, among other benefits.

With a renewed focus on competitive multiplayer and an eye toward esports, Halo 5: Guardians players will absolutely benefit from a convenient way to organize, especially with the premiere of the new Warzone mode that supports up to 12 players on a team.

With that many Spartans on the field and in a chaotic objective-based fight you’re going to want to play with people you know and whose skills you trust.

The Spartan Company tool is already live on the Halo Waypoint online social hub. Microsoft posted on YouTube an introduction to Spartan Company and an outline of the social tool’s benefits for players.

To create a Spartan Company, head to the Halo Waypoint page for Spartan Companies, and click “sign in” in the upper-right-hand corner of the page (right next to the Master Chief helmet) to use your Xbox Live credentials.

Next, click “Create Spartan Company.” It’s right below the page navigation tool, on the lower right-hand corner of the page.

Then all you have to do is give your Spartan Company a name and invite your friends. You have to manually type out your friends’ Gamertags in the field below the Company name, however, so you might want to be signed in to Xbox Live on your Xbox One, or have the Xbox One Smartglass app on your smartphone or tablet loaded up and ready to go.

When you’re finished, click “Create Spartan Company” on the lower-left, and then Halo Waypoint will take you to the profile for your new Company where you can customize the Company page and begin using your private forums.

REQ Packs, the reward that Microsoft is offering for early creation of a Spartan Company, is a new multiplayer feature for Halo 5: Guardians, a collection of weapon and vehicle unlocks, and vanity items like armor customization options.

Don’t forget that you need four players to sign up for the Company before the Company is active, and before you receive your REQ Pack.

Halo 5: Guardians will be released for the Xbox One on Oct. 27.
