Avengers: Age of Ultron is still weeks away from release, but Marvel characters have already inspired six incredible designers at South African (SA) Fashion Week.

Disney partnered with SA Fashion Week to bring the Avengers-inspired fashions to the runway. In December they launched the Marvel Fashion-Hero Search asking designers from across Africa to submit a portfolio featuring 18 ready-to-wear men’s or women’s looks. From these entries, they chose six designers to show their work at SA Fashion Week: Rumbie by Rumbie’s Rumbidzai Muzofa, Ralfe’s Siyabonga Ntini, Kamanga Wear’s Christina Kabamba and Donna M’shanga, Amos Tranque, M4S’s Luiz Delaja, and Roman Handt.

The spring/summer 2015 collections created by the designers were clearly inspired by the comic book heroes, leading to some unique designs.

You can also watch all the collections on the runway in the following videos.
