‘Mad Max: Fury Road’ looks even better as an 8-bit game

Think you’ve had enough of the endless stream of Fury Road fan remixes? Then you have yet to watch this 8-bit Mad Max revamp from the 8-Bit Cinema gurus of Cinefix

As we’ve seen in previous fan transformations of Fury Road, this movie is primed for gameplay. The seamless way the most memorable moments of Fury Road translate into familiar Mario and Zelda-like actions will have you longing to pop in your old-school Nintendo cartridge and start moving.

Alas, this is not a game we can actually play right now, which is a oversight that should be remedied post-haste—but you can still marvel at Cinefix’s stunning visuals.
