In this ‘Iron Man’ parody trailer, Tony Starch is ‘Iron Can’

He's fighting smoothing crime, one wrinkle at a time.

This parody video shows us Iron Man as we’ve never seen him before: steaming.

Two ambitious Iron Man fans have spent two years putting together a parody trailer of household-appliance proportions. Iron Can relies on the most obvious pun of them all—that Iron Man is, in fact, an iron—but it takes the joke further step: Tony Starch is a can of fabric softener, and naturally the founding member of the Appliance Alliance.

According to Anders Wotzke and Mike Nixon, “It turns out making a household iron fly and blow stuff up is really, really hard when you have no idea what the hell you’re doing.”

Iron Can may have to ruffle a few wrinkles in the process, but as you can see below, if anyone’s able to iron things out, it’s him.
