If you’ve looked skyward while playing the insanely popular Fortnite lately, you’ve probably noticed a giant, streaking comet slowly making its way toward Earth. Plenty of speculation has swirled around the comet, its eventual fate, and those of millions of Fortnite players who love some Tilted Towers, where the comet can be seen most clearly. It seems like Fortnite developer Epic is teasing some new developments (or just poking a bit of fun) with the addition of three new signs placed on the map.

All three signs are in a newly created area on top of a building, featuring an assortment of chairs and a couch centered around a television.
It’s anyone’s guess what these signs are teasing. One in particular has the word “today” scratched out and replaced with “tomorrow.” Could Tilted Towers potentially be decimated by the comet sometime in the next 24 hours? Or could it be a coy little commentary on apocalypse preppers always pushing back their due dates. Guess there’s only one way to find out.
