The previous trailers for Tomorrowland left us mostly intrigued and confused, but with Tuesday’s third trailer release, Disney has finally pulled out all the stops.
The result is a movie that genuinely looks like something we’re into—somewhere between The Wizard of Oz and Minority Report by way of a futuristic Great Glass Elevator, with Clooney as a suave action hybrid of the Wizard of Oz and Willy Wonka and newcomer Britt Robertson as Dorothy Gale-meets-Charlie Bucket.
And with a bathtub instead of an elevator. In space.
Look, just watch it.
OK, we still have no idea what this movie is about. But! Glowy dimension-hopping rave weapons and spider robots and a metallic Emerald City with Jetson cars and a Clooney bomber jacket and random Hugh Laurie and something that looks like a Steampunk TARDIS!
We’re so there for whatever the hell this movie is.
