A 21-year-old man was arrested Tuesday night after police determined that he’d had several sexual interactions with a 14-year-old he met on Facebook, according to Luzerne County’s Citizensvoice.com.

Police reported Wednesday that Steven E. Allabaugh used a webcam to record a sexual episode between he and the unnamed 14-year-old, who he originally befriended on the social network in June.

A Facebook page that appears to belong to Allabaugh offers this in its About section: “I’m always looking to hangout, so contact me :)”

After numerous sexual conversations the two facilitated online, they began meeting for sex in person. Police report that like-minded incidents had occurred several times within recent weeks.

According to arrest papers, Allabaugh also admitted to making a young boy perform oral sex on him several years ago and lighting an arson fire in his native Larksville, Pa., in September 2010.

Allabaugh has been charged with statutory sexual assault, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, sexual abuse of children, and possession of child pornography. He was arraigned on Tuesday night and ordered to Luzerne County Correctional in lieu of a $100,000 cash bail.
