The last time New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady stepped into a courtroom for a #Deflategate hearing, the sketch artist in attendance decided to combine the forces of Vincent Van Gogh and Egon Schiele to make the star athlete look a little, um, different.

Remember?

Jane Rosenberg

Sketch artist Jane Rosenberg—who is actually quite talented—was mortified with the viral results of her work, and with another #Deflategate hearing set for Monday, she took another shot at drawing Brady. You know, for practice. The results are pretty awesome.

Rosenberg said, after the original sketch became an instant meme, “I apologize to Tom Brady for not making him as good-looking as he is … I don’t tend to flatter people and make them look beautiful.” But apparently she was horrified about the mocking reception her work of art received.

“I’ve had sleepless nights,” Rosenberg told CBS Boston. “Tom Brady has been on my mind in the middle of the night.”

But Rosenberg should feel a lot better about herself after Monday’s hearing.

Sleep easy tonight, Jane.
