This guy is rickrolling the Internet with floppy discs

The Internet's most classic troll move gets a low-tech makeover.

Getting “Rickrolled”—clicking a link and finding a surprise video of (or another subtle allusion to) Rick Astley’s “Never Gonna Give You Up”—is one of the most classic and innocent Internet pranks. In an age where psychotic Gamergate trolls are the face of online hijinx, it’s refreshing to be reminded that there was once a time where someone would send you a link and you’d click it and think, “damn, there’s that soulful ginger again!”

Enter Anand Jain, a YouTuber who makes videos under the alias “MrSolidSnake745.” Most of his uploads are videos of floppy disk drives performing famous songs. His most popular video is one where he programmed eight floppy drives to play the ’90s dance classic “What Is Love”:

So for April Fools’ Day, Jain taught his friendly drives to play Nicki Minaj’s 2014 hit “Anaconda”:
