A couple of cops had their hands full while dealing with a man causing quite the ruckus in an apartment building lobby. And one of the cops literally copped a handful of something in frisking the perpetrator.
Before the popo arrived at the building, the man was wearing nothing but some jeans and shoes. He had mooned a gaggle of people and was flinging his belt around the room. Eventually, law enforcement showed up and shut his behavior down. And as they set to inspecting him for any dangerous weapons, they found he was packing heat—just not exactly a gun.
