Drake’s had a rough go-round among the sporting elite recently, getting clowned on for both his fair-weather standing as a basketball fan and his inability to naturally fend off courtside lint.

His biggest hoops quibbles have come via a silly rap beef, however, one involving Jay Z and fondue plates and Drake’s standing as a better fan to the Raptors than Brooklyn’s Hov is to the Nets. It kicked off two weeks ago during a courtside interview, then continued last week when Jay Z took a shot at Drake and lacrosse

Friday night was Game 6 of the first-round series between the Nets and the Raptors. Held in Brooklyn, a superimposed image of a Nets jersey hanging from Drake’s shoulders showed up on the jumbotron midway through the second quarter. It was posted on the Brooklyn Nets’ Instagram:

Drake hasn’t yet responded to the ruse, but he’ll have one more chance to get the last laugh. The Nets won by 14 Friday night, 97-83, forcing a Game 7 at Toronto’s Air Canada Centre Sunday.
