In an interview with the Huffington Post, a Starbucks spokesperson revealed the company is planning a limited-release S’mores Frappuccino, a delectably layered drink that has a marshmallow whipped cream and milk chocolate sauce base; graham crackers, coffee, milk, and ice in the middle, and an additional layer of marshmallow whipped cream and graham cracker bits on top as the final touch. You can begin ordering the wonderful concoction beginning April 28, for a limited time only.

The idea of being able to enjoy my favorite by-the-campfire snack in frapp form was too much to handle. That’s over a week away! What am I supposed to do until then?

That got me to thinking about potential frapp flavors I would like to have made. An official “secret” menu may not exist, but there are Starbucks drink recipes out there invented by drinkers and baristas alike. I turned to Google as well as some of my friends who work at Starbucks to find out some of the weirdest, tastiest, and most memorable Frappuccino concoctions they’ve ever had to make. Heck, I’m at a Starbucks right now. I might as well get some ideas while out in the field.

In honor of the upcoming S’mores Frappuccino, here are a few frapp recipes you can try in the meantime, according to StarbucksSecretMenu, my good friends TJ and Kayla, and Ayele from the Georgetown Starbucks in Washington, D.C.

Mint Chocolate Chip Frappuccino

Green Tea Frappuccino with peppermint syrup and java chips blended in. “It kinda tastes like a Grasshopper Girl Scout cookie,” TJ tells me. Speaking of Girl Scout cookies, you can modify this a bit and turn it into a Thin Mint Frappuccino by adding mocha syrup.

Cotton Candy Frappuccino

Vanilla Bean Crème Frappuccino with raspberry syrup blended in.

Oreo Frappuccino

Double Chocolaty Chip Crème Frappuccino, Mocha Frappuccino, java chips, and chocolate drizzle all blended together, with caramel drizzle on top. “The most popular trend in our store these days is kids coming in asking to mix a bunch of Frappuccino flavors,” says Ayele. “The result is a thick, gooey, sticky mess but the kids love it.” StarbucksSecretMenu offers a few other variations of this.

Nutella Frappuccino

Mocha Frappuccino with a few pumps of hazelnut syrup.

Bubblegum Frappuccino

Strawberries and Crème Frappuccino, but replace the classic syrup with raspberry syrup.

Marshmallow Crème Frappuccino

Vanilla Bean Crème Frappuccino with white mocha syrup and vanilla syrup.

Captain Crunch Frappuccino

Strawberries and Crème Frappuccino, toffee nut syrup, and java chips blended together. “I get that request a lot!” says Kayla. “It really strangely does taste like Crunch Berries cereal,” TJ admits.

Jam: Wait, wait… you guys are required to follow customer requests as closely as possible, right? Are you allowed to mix in random ingredients customers bring in? Can you throw in a bag of gummy bears to my frapp if I asked you?

Ayele: As long as we sell it in our store, we can try to add it to your drink.

Kayla: I’ve blended brownies for people. Nothing people bring in from outside, though.

TJ: I’ve also done that for a regular before, but most of the time I’ll tell people no. I’m a mean barista and like to decide when people have too much sweetness in a drink already. Also, the food can seriously break our blenders, so I try to avoid that.

Jam: Ahh, makes sense. So what are the weirdest requests you’ve ever gotten for a frapp order?

Butterbeer Frappuccino

Yep, as in the drink in Harry Potter. “That one is just a Crème Frappuccino base with around three pumps of toffee nut syrup and three pumps of caramel syrup for a grande,” shares Kayla. “I’d probably top it with whipped cream and caramel drizzle, too.” There’s also a more meticulous version of this recipe.

Vanilla Bean Crème Frappuccino with Biscotti

“Someone came in once and asked us to prepare a frapp, with the biscotti blended in,” Ayele recounts. “I thought it was weird and it made the drink crunchy, but I guess it works.”

Deconstructed Frappuccino

“They literally want everything that goes into a frapp, but not blended,” TJ explains. “We use a thick base syrup to get the consistency smooth, and that base just sits at the bottom of the cup. It’s horrible.” Still worth trying, though!

Virgin Margarita Frappuccino

Cool lime up to the first line, lemonade to the second line, a grande scoop of ice, two pumps of classic syrup, three pumps of the Crème Frappuccino base, all blended in.

Buttered Popcorn Frappuccino

Tall Toffee Nut Crème Frappuccino plus 1 and 1/4 pack of salt.

Update 5:59pm CT, Apr. 18: Date of Starbucks S’mores Frappuccino launch added for clarity.
