If you’re searching for the best pumpkin decorating ideas, look no further. There are so many creative ideas that will set the spooky bar high this Halloween.

Bonus: They don’t involve carving a pumpkin!

What can you decorate pumpkins with?

  • Pumpkin teeth: Plastic teeth simply stick into the mouth of your pumpkin and add a creepy but realistic touch. The decorations come in a variety of shapes and sizes, as well as in glow-in-the-dark and blood-stained teeth. Since the teeth are plastic, you can wash and store them for next year.
  • Feather pumpkins: Wondering what you can do with a pumpkin besides carving? Add a feather, of course. All you do is take a faux feather with vibrant coloring and glue it on the pumpkin.
  • Fingerprint pumpkins: This is a simple and easy craft idea that lets your creativity run wild. Simply dip your finger in white paint and add your fingerprint to the pumpkin. From there, you can make Halloween-themed designs, such as ghosts and skulls.
  • Unicorn pumpkin: Who says Halloween has to be scary? For an adorable pumpkin that won’t scare the little ones, attach a horn to the top of the pumpkin and add cute details, such as eyelashes, lipstick, and blush.
  • Hat pumpkins: Pumpkin decorating ideas don’t have to cost extra money. If you have leftover hats from Halloween costumes lying around (like a witch’s hat), pin them to the top of a pumpkin for a festive look.
  • Googly eye pumpkins: It doesn’t get easier—or sillier—than this. You simply take googly eyes and add them to your pumpkins. No carving is required.

BONUS: Haunt your own house for Halloween
