Watching porn with your partner can be a really rewarding experience — for your relationship and for your sex life. In fact, if you have trouble talking about sex, if you find it awkward or uncomfortable to talk about your turn-ons, watching porn with your partner can be a shortcut for that.

“It could be helpful to ask the person to watch sex films with you to talk about what in the films is interesting, enticing, or a turn-off,” clinical and research psychologist, Nicole Prause from UCLA tells Bustle. “Watching sex films before being sexual together can help dispel myths together and start honest communication.”

But where do you start? There is porn all over the internet. I mean, if the internet was a chocolate chip cookie, the cookie base would be porn and the non-porn would be the chocolate chips. Science. So there’s plenty to see, but you still need to figure out how to find something that turns both of you on. Now, firstly you should have a general chat about what you like and what’s important to you, porn-wise. And once you have that figured out, you’ll have a better idea to look.

If you’re still feeling overwhelmed, here’s a list (NSFW, naturally) to get you started, because there’s so much out there that can work for both of you:

1) MakeLoveNotPorn

If you want some #realworldsex that also was started and is run by a powerful women, check out MakeLoveNotPorn. It’s “of the people, by the people, and for the people who believe that the sex we have in our everyday life is the hottest sex there is”. Amen.

2) Boobs Are Cool

Do you think boobs are cool? Does your partner think boobs are cool? Then you have your answer. Check out the Boobs Are Cool Tumblr and celebrate your shared interests.

3) Erotic Storybook Saturday

Maybe traditional porn is too much for you? Don’t worry, it’s not everyone’s thing. But Erotic Storybook Sunday gives you some amazing erotica to read with your partner.

4) Beautiful Agony

I think it’s great to look at Beautiful Agony with a partner, in part because it’s just so fascinating. There are videos of real people’s faces while having orgasms— and no fake orgasms here. Partly pornographic, partly a learning experience, it’s definitely worth a look.

5) Me in My Place

Real women, posing sexily in a relaxed environment? Sounds like Me In My Place has it all figured out.

6) Pornhub

I mean, straight-up porn isn’t everyone’s thing. But if you’re looking to explore, it has such a huge range that there will almost certainly be something that both you and your partner are into.

7) Crash Pad Series

Queer-friendly, with a load of feminist awards— if you and your partner are looking for something super inclusive and feminist, you should definitely check it out.

If you and your partner want to try watching porn together for the first time, that’s great. Just make sure you have a discussion about what you both are into — and there’s a place to find it.
