A Black Irish woman in Galway, Ireland shared a harrowing video to social media this week of a racist man in her home country using the N-word and questioning her birthplace.

“Where were you born?” the man asks amid racist abuse, calling her the N-word on video six times.

“I’m from here,” she responds.

As the Daily Mail notes, the video was tweeted by @adejokxe, an Irish rapper who goes by Adejoke on Spotify.

In the viral clip, she six times says “don’t talk to me like that,” in response to racist abuse. Her caption to the tweet that’s been viewed more than one million times since its Wednesday upload: “Ireland isn’t racist ?? I was in Galway minding my business then this happened.”

Adejoke in a followup tweet claims to have IDed the racist as an area man named Oliver, although the Daily Dot’s review of Oliver’s public-facing social media was inconclusive.

“Yes it happens often,” she tweeted in response to a user who asked if she regularly encounters racism.
