Rumors have swirled for months about a third DC Comics TV show on The CW. At its annual Upfronts presentation on Friday, the network confirmed Legends of Tomorrow, a spinoff of The CW’s Arrow and The Flash that will premiere in the middle of the 2015-2016 season.

The new series brings together The Flash actors Victor Garber (Firestorm), Wentworth Miller (Captain Cold), and Dominic Purcell (Heatwave) with Arrow actors Brandon Routh (Atom) and Caity Lotz (resurrected after her season 3 death as White Canary).

Joining these familiar CW faces are Doctor Who‘s Arthur Darvill, Pippin‘s Ciarra Renee (playing Hawkgirl), and Edge of Tomorrow‘s Franz Drameh.

This action-packed four-minute preview offers a tantalizing glimpse at what the new team will be facing, with cameos from Stephen Amell (Oliver Queen) and Grant Gustin (Barry Allen).
