Jon Hamm shares some hard-earned wisdom in this month’s Ask a Grown Man, giving the Mad Men star’s sassy, comedic streak another showcase. The series is a monthly offering from Rookie Magazine, a website that serves teen girls.

In the 4:07 video, Hamm, tells one sixteen-year-old girl anxious to “do stuff” with a reluctant boyfriend to “slow her roll” or seek advice from someone with better judgment. He assures another that “everybody farts,” so it’s okay to do so in front of your boyfriend.

“Go read that book Everyone Poops, it’s the same thing,” he said.

Hamm also advises girls to dress how they want; not in order to please a guy. Hamm closes his video with:

“I’m 41 years old. Doesn’t mean you have to pay attention to me, but it’s probably in your best interest. Okay. Um, you’re probably all too young to watch Mad Men, so, I don’t know. Enjoy The Hunger Games.”

So far, the video has collected 62,000 views since it was released Monday.

“The end of all advice,” wrote YouTube user lindendoss.
