If you wanted a copy of the Labyrinth soundtrack on vinyl anytime before this year, you were going to shell out a painfully large sum to acquire it. The original release from Capitol Records has been out of print for decades. However, the company rereleased it on May 12. Yes, you did hear us screaming from here.

The digitally-remastered Labyrinth soundtrack on vinyl runs $19.99 and can be purchased at ThinkGeek now. Pressed on 120 gram black vinyl, it’s even got the exact same art as the original. And if you only remember “Magic Dance,” Trevor Jones’ soundtrack has lots of other jewels to discover. The ending titles track “Underground” is of particular note as Luther Vandross and Chaka Khan help with the backing vocals!
