The Holy Stone U818A quadcopter is a five-star drone that’s great for beginners, and has plenty of impressive features that will keep you entertained as you advance in skill.

The drone usually costs $229.99, however it’s currently $79.99 on Amazon for a limited time. The deal includes the drone, an SD card, two batteries and a USB charger that can replenish both batteries at the same time. It’s a great kit to get started.

Though it weighs half a pound, the remote-controlled Holy Stone drone is sturdy. Its flexible frame can withstand bumpy flights, and one-key return keeps tabs on your drone as it soars 164 feet in range.

This thing can fly up, down, backward, and do 360-degree flips. Though reviewers note it is best flown in moderate weather, so it’s not ideal for rainy or windy days.

Inside this small device is an HD camera, which records high-resolution photos and video during flight. It comes with a removable 4GB micro SD card.

The Federal Aviation Association requires many commercial and recreational drones to be registered before flying in the U.S., however this drone does not meet the requirements, so you can start flying immediately.
