The coronavirus pandemic is beginning to shake the resolve of even QAnon followers.

Even as their conspiracy theories about liberals and celebrities being part of a Satanic global pedophilia child-eating cabal are fueling Twitter trends like #OprahArrested and perennial QAnon hashtag #pizzagate, elsewhere some are beginning to have doubts.

Reactions poured in after prominent QAnon follower @99freemind tweeted that they “continue to Doubt the Plan and the President.”

In the comments, some QAnon followers shared that they too were beginning to wonder whether the events set in motion by the novel coronavirus, COVID-19, were in fact caused by a natural phenomenon and not part of President Trump’s grandiose strategy.

“Lost me a long time ago,” commented one Twitter user.

Not everyone was in agreement.

“Q said there would be those that would start doubting… Just means you [aren’t ] ready for Truth…,” one Twitter user replied.

Elsewhere, the QAnon faithful tried to assuage their cohorts’ doubts about the coronavirus by reassuring them that everything that’s happening––cities on lockdown and the national state of emergency––is still part of “the plan.”

QAnon observers noted the shifting dynamics with interest.

The co-host of the QAnon Anonymous podcast @travis_view tweeted, “A handful of QAnon followers have begun to entertain a wild theory: what if the coronavirus pandemic is a real, serious natural disaster and wasn’t part of any ‘plan?’ Naturally, those loons are getting some pushback in the QAnon community.”

QAnon follower @4ngl3rf1sh said that Q staying quiet on the coronavirus is “creating some interesting dynamics.”

It appears that COVID-19 has helped some QAnon followers see that the conspiracy theory is nothing but a paper tiger.
